Eating Area Canopy Shelter
Canopies - Full Specification:
• The roof will be constructed from high grade 100mm SQ. extruded aluminium eaves beams and 110 x 50mm extruded aluminium rafters.
• The main upright columns of the structure will be constructed from high grade Ø152. 4mm circular extruded aluminium sections.
• All sections will be fully polyester powder coated to a RAL colour of your choice free of charge.
• The glazing material for the roof will consist of 16mm opal multiwall polycarbonate. This method of roof glazing also lasts well over the winter months as algae and moss can build up, which can be cleaned during specified maintenance periods.
• Situated along the front elevation of the canopy we will provide full length rainwater goods, with downpipes to disperse rainwater away from the canopy footprint.
• The upright columns of canopy will be submerged into concrete footings, provided by Premier Shelter site engineers.
• Once the canopy has been successfully installed, the localised area will be cleaned, with any refuse brought back to our facility for recycling where necessary.

Make your project stand out;
All structures are constructed from high-grade aluminium extrusion, that once polyester powder coated with our unique patented Durateal® coating to your chosen RAL or British Standard colour will give a long lasting, low maintenance, corrosion free finish.
All structures are to be submerged into concrete pad foundations provided by our own site engineers. As we have been installing walkways and covered areas to schools for over twenty years all engineers have passed both SSSTS and CSCS courses (Health and Safety) and Street Works City and Guilds.
The approximate lead-times from the date of official purchase order are 4-5 weeks and time on site is currently listed at 5-6 working days per canopy during normal working hours.
