Size of shelter is 2.1m deep (width will be determined by number of bikes stored)
Substantial construction in 50mm x 50mm box section steel
Steel bar gates Or Steel Box Section Gates with Polycarbonate wall to the front (to keep more rain off the bikes)
Gates slide on "rails", one in front of the other
Heavy duty, 5mm thick, UV2 PETg is used for roof and walls, will not discolour!

Our sliding gate St Ives Bike Shelter is the ideal choice when you need a secure and lockable cycle shelter, but when space is at a premium or when a large hinge gate would be impractical. The shelter gates run on rails mounted securely on the main body of the shelter structure. The gates slide in front of each other and so they do not encroach into adjacent area and so can be used for alleyways, in car parking areas and close to walls or other obstructions.
We use 50mm x 50mm box section steel in its construction, so you know it is going to be extremely robust, and able to take daily use in its stride.

The Sheffield Hoop "toast rack" comfortably stores the bikes, and the cyclist is able to secure both front and back wheel to each hoop.
Our framework for the shelter is produced to EN10219.2006
Powder coating (i.e. painting) to BS3900
Galvanizing, when specified, is applied to both inside and outside of frame
Carrying a 10 yr guarantee, our galvanizing complies to BSEN:1461
We only use specially supplied PETg UV2 polycarbonate cladding for roof and walls of shelter (not inferior PETg UV1). Our PETg will not discolour overtime.
